Happy New Year

Well let’s all have a good  year.  I took a break from the computer so I have a lot of blogs to catch up on.  Here is a Happy New Year photo.Christmas Past

Well I have been a homebody as much as possible since New Years day, but tomorrow I’ll get out to of the house,  go  to town and then our little photo group.

Before Christmas Ray and I stopped on the Charleston Rd. at the San Pedro River.  Most of the time it is just a stream.  When we get a lot of rain it becomes the river it once was.  As far down river as Benson we joke about changing it’s name to Sand Pedro.  :)

This is a graffiti  wall under the bridge.  I added a happy new year, but only on my computer image.

Have a good night !  :)

  1. Next time there walk north on the west side of the river about half a mile & watch for a hardly recognizable trail & steps leading up the steep bank to the lost ghost town of Charleston:))

It's AL from the Photo group here just in case the name says Belle Starr. I was working on Belle's blog & sometimes her name gets stamped on my comments because Gmail won't sign me out properly........

  2. Happy New Year to you too, Jean! Your pix of the San Pedro crossing were neat. We got some shots there a couple of months back with lots of fall color in the trees. Usually we breeze right past that spot on our way to Sierra Vista and a medical appointment or necessary shopping. Takes a true photographer to stop and take pictures of the uncommon side of a common place!
